Are website prices final?
The catalog shows SAGE product and volume pricing. A formal quote confirms decoration, setup, shipping and any project-specific charges before you decide to order.
Can I request several products at once?
Yes. Add multiple products to the quote basket so our team can review them in one request.
What does the minimum quantity mean?
It is the lowest standard quantity supplied for that product. Ask us if your program requires a different amount.
Artwork and decoration
Which artwork files can I upload?
AI, EPS, PDF and SVG are preferred. High-resolution PNG or JPG files are also useful for an initial review.
Will I see a proof?
Yes. Production artwork is reviewed and approved before production begins.
Production and delivery
When does production time begin?
Production time generally begins after order details and artwork have been approved. Transit time is additional.
Is rush service available?
Some products list rush timing. Availability still depends on inventory, decoration and the requested delivery date.
Samples
Can I request a sample?
Ask for a blank or decorated sample in your quote notes. Sample and shipping charges vary by product.
